Jefferson City Council selects Missouri State Penitentiary developer

The Jefferson City Council voted to move forward with a proposal from Chesterfield Hotels to redevelop city-owned property at the Missouri State Penitentiary. The redevelopment includes a hotel, conference center, ice arena, a mixture of shops and apartments and parking garages.
